B1f1 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Gaming Platform Usage Policy

Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and phrases have the meanings set out below, unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b1f1" refers to the online gaming platform accessible via b1f1.my and all associated subdomains.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered a valid account with b1f1.
• "Account" refers to a user account registered on b1f1 that grants access to all platform services.
• "Game" refers to all video slots, crash games, table games and any other games available on the b1f1 platform.
• "Deposit" refers to funds deposited by a member into their b1f1 account for the purpose of play.
• "Withdrawal" refers to the transfer of funds from a member's b1f1 account to their registered payment method.
• "Bonus" refers to any cash, free spins, or other benefits granted by b1f1 to members subject to specific terms and conditions.
• "Bet" refers to the total amount wagered by a member in any game at b1f1.

Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use b1f1's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You must be at least 18 years at the time of registration and throughout your use of the b1f1 platform.
• You must be a Malaysian citizen or permanent resident residing in Malaysia.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the applicable laws of Malaysia.
• You are not currently on a self-exclusion list issued by b1f1 or any relevant regulatory authority.
• You may only register one account. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date information, including your full name as per your identity card, Malaysian IC number, active mobile number and a valid email address. b1f1 reserves the right to request additional identity verification documents at any time for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance purposes.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Deposits: b1f1 accepts deposits from the following Malaysian payment methods only:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Boost
• ShopeePay
• DuitNow (instant interbank transfer)
• FPX via Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks and other supported local banks

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. b1f1 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposits. Deposited funds are typically credited to your b1f1 account within minutes of a successful payment.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction. Withdrawal requests will be processed within 2 to 24 hours, depending on your chosen payment method and the KYC verification status of your account. b1f1 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving large withdrawals.

Daily Withdrawal Limit: Daily and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level. Members who have completed full KYC verification will enjoy higher withdrawal limits.

Anti-Money Laundering (AML): b1f1 is fully compliant with the Anti-Money Laundering laws in force in Malaysia. We reserve the right to suspend or decline any transaction that raises suspicion, and we may be required to report certain financial activities to the relevant authorities.

Game Rules & Platform Terms of Use

Use of the b1f1 platform is subject to the following rules, which all members must comply with at all times:

• You must play personally using your own account. Sharing your account or allowing another person to play on it is strictly prohibited.
• Any attempt to exploit technical vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors in b1f1's game system is strictly prohibited. Winnings obtained through such means will be voided.
• The use of automated software, bots, or any technology designed to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited at b1f1.
• You are not permitted to collude or cooperate with other players to exploit b1f1's systems in any way.
• B1f1 reserves the right to void any bets or game rounds that occur as a result of a technical error or system failure. In such cases, the wagered amount will be refunded to the member's account.
• Game results recorded by b1f1's servers are final and binding, and may not be disputed except in cases where a technical error has been clearly established.

Bonuses, Promotions and Special Offers

B1f1 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the terms specified in each respective offer. The following general rules apply to all b1f1 bonuses:

• Each bonus type carries a wagering requirement that must be met before winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirements will be stated in the terms of each promotion.
• The welcome bonus is only available to new members registering an account for the first time at b1f1 and making their first deposit.
• B1f1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus awarded if there is reason to suspect that a member is abusing the bonus system, including registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Bonuses not used within the designated period will automatically expire and be removed from the member's account.
• B1f1 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• B1f1's decisions regarding the interpretation of promotional terms and conditions are final.

Responsibilities and Limitation of Liability

Use of the b1f1 platform is entirely at your own risk. b1f1 is not liable for any financial losses incurred by members while using our platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from game outcomes, whether in slots, crash games, or any other game on b1f1.
• Losses arising from technical disruptions, internet connection failures, or device issues on the member's end.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account as a result of your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.
• Indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the b1f1 platform, even if b1f1 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the b1f1 platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. b1f1 makes no representation or warranty that access to the b1f1 platform is lawful in any jurisdiction outside Malaysia.

Account Closure & Suspension

B1f1 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account for the following reasons without prior notice:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or in any identity verification process.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity involving a b1f1 account.
• Attempting to manipulate, exploit or cheat b1f1's gaming systems.
• Abusive, threatening or harassing behaviour towards b1f1 staff or other members.
• Upon request by the relevant regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Equally, you are entitled to close your b1f1 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, all active bets will be settled and any eligible account balance will be transferred to you in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Privacy Policy & Data Protection

B1f1 is committed to protecting the privacy of all our members. The collection, storage and use of your personal data is governed by our b1f1 Privacy Policy which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering with b1f1, you agree to our collection and processing of your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account management and delivery of b1f1 platform services.
• Identity verification and compliance with legal requirements.
• Processing of financial transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
• Sending account-related communications, promotions, and platform updates.
• Platform usage analysis for the purpose of improving b1f1 services.
• Detection and prevention of fraud and unlawful activity.

In the event of any conflict between the Malay-language version of these Terms & Conditions and any other language version (if applicable), the Malay version shall prevail and be considered final.
